During my 12 week challenge with BB3 I’ve changed how I live my life completely and I love how I live it. I work in film and tv…an extremely demanding job with 14+ hour days. They feed us junk food all day and on the opposite end, you’re surrounded by beautiful actors and models. I’m constantly around some of the healthiest and unhealthiest people, tempted to eat bad and take the day off from working out because we’ve “worked hard all week.” Not to mention the pressure to “look good” because I work in wardrobe and image counts for a lot of your credibility.
This challenge has been a true test of my will, but I have remained disciplined and able to juggle good eating and working out 5 or 6 times a week. The realization that it is possible to fit “all of these things,” has been the most rewarding experience. While my co-workers gripe and complain about how anybody could do it, I feel a sense of pride that I can do what many feel they can’t. It’s truly been a life changing experience that I’ll continue to take with me for the rest of my life.
In addition, I’m attaching a photo I found of myself from May 2013. This was before BB3, before meeting Christian. I took the picture on a whim, because it was the worst I’ve ever been, and I wanted to change how my body looked. I had no idea how to do that and it took me until November 2013 to seek a trainer. Just know, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. This image will now serve me as a reminder of how far I’ve come and I have BB3 to thank for that.
